Gemstones offered by us are natural and we do not sell any synthetic or imitation material. We do not even sell gems enhanced with unacceptable artificial treatments. However, we do sell gems enhanced with universally acceptable treatments like heat treatment, which is used to permanently enhance color of certain gemstones and oiling with colorless oil (mainly in case of Emerald) to remove dryness and to enhance longevity.

No, we don't. Our policy is "First Come, First Served" basis .

Well, our prices are extremely reasonable and competitive looking at the quality and genuineness of the gemstones offered by us. As we are located in the gem capital of the world – Jaipur , we have successfully built a network of direct sources with which, we are able to give the preferred quality at a right price. Moreover, we manufacture or buy these gemstones in big volumes, which help us in keeping our costs down.

If you can't find a particular item that you had seen before in our website, that means it is either sold , temporarily out of stock or discontinued.
