and how your items will be packed and dispatched to you.
Please Note:

Shipping process commences as soon as
money is received into Ketaki Gems account.

Customers are requested to provide their
complete postal address before the final checkout to avoid any delay
or failure in the delivery of the parcel. All parcels will be
delivered only to a valid physical address and not to PO Box, to
secure it from the risk of theft.

Kindly confirm the import duties,
customs and taxes applicable on the parcel in your country from your
local customs office. As import policies vary from country to
country, we do not have any control over these charges and
therefore, are to be borne by the buyer.

All our parcels are fully insured and we
reserve the right to claim the insurance, in case of parcel loss or
damage.

All parcels shipped from Ketaki Gems are
invoiced.

We ship through Fed Ex and India Post
(Worldwide).

Shipping duration depends on the choice
of courier you have selected during the ordering process. Fed Ex
deliver the parcels in 5 to 7 working days and India Post takes
around 10 to 15 days. (As soon as the parcel is dispatched a copy of
the invoice along with the dispatch number is emailed to the
recipient immediately.)

Shipments sent
through FED EX can be tracked by entering the tracking number in the
Fed Ex tracking box, present on our website. Or, simply visit
www.fedex.com
for fed ex and enter the tracking number in the “Track
Shipments Box”. Shipments sent through India Post cannot be tracked
online.
If Fed Ex is not a service provider in your country we
ship the parcels through India Post.
